We have been sitting with full hearts this weekend, and we just had to share it with you.
It's official ā we are Appalachian Sourdough Co. across the board. Every store, every market, every loaf. The name that started as a dream in our kitchen is now fully planted in our community, and we couldn't be more proud of what that represents.
Three Sold-Out Markets. One Overwhelmed, Grateful Heart.
This past weekend, we sold out at three markets in a row. Three. We are honestly still processing it. To every single person who showed up, who waited in line, who grabbed the last loaf ā thank you. From the bottom of our flour-dusted hearts, thank you. The outpouring of support we've felt from this community has left us humbled and truly blessed. You are the reason we keep baking.

š Farm Fresh Eggs ā Our girls are in high production! We have non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free, free-range eggs available at $6/dozen. Clean, honest eggs from happy hens.
š„ The Garden is Growing ā We've got cucumbers, peppers, squash, zucchini, and tomatoes in the ground, and our directly-sown green beans are already sprouting. The season is just getting started, and we can't wait to share the harvest with you.
