Born in the mountains, baked with tradition. We're a small-batch artisan bakery rooted in the heart of Appalachia. It all started simply — we were tired of store-bought bread packed with additives and unnecessary ingredients, so we decided to make our own. What began as a kitchen experiment grew into a passion for real, honest food.
